You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship within 24 hours.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Standard Return Policy:
At GetWetStore, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 45 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for full amount (less shipping charges). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the
product, you will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, GetWetStore reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee.
How to return or exchange an item:
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form at RMA FORM.
⦁ Please print and complete the RMA form in it's entirety. If you cannot find the order number, please either call us at 818-913-3359 or email us at email@example.com to obtain it.
⦁ Place the original package into a shipping container.
⦁ Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
⦁ We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

⦁ All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box (if applicable), and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
⦁ GetWetStore is not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.
⦁ Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
⦁ If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted.
GetWetStore is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
